Welcome to Hotpot. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required in your region to use the App, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Do not transfer or lend your account to others.
3. Your Content
You own the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App (including web sharing). You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post or engage in:
- illegal, violent, sexual, hateful, or harassing content;
- spam, scams, or false or misleading information;
- infringement of others’ intellectual property or privacy;
- impersonation, harassment, or disruption of the community;
- attempts to hack, break, or interfere with the App.
5. Moderation
Users can report or block posts, users, and group chats. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted service. User content does not represent our views.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
